Please note RTNW only offer a return policy if item is in the rare case, faulty, we are happy to repair, replace or refund you the product amount. So please choose carefully upon placing your order.

We offer an exchange policy, at your own expense. If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to us asap. To do this, you will need to visit our returns portal below, we will approve your return and you can post your item back to use for an exchange or store gift card. This must be within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Once we receive the item, we will assess it to ensure it's in the original condition, and approve the exchange. You will get email notifications for this.
If you wish to exchange for store gift card, this card doesn't expire so you'll have the flexibility to repurchase when you are ready.
Exhanges must be received in original condition-unworn, unwashed. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Items which smell of perfume/deodorant will automatically be returned so please take due care when trying on your order. Rode reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in the condition in which we sent it. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
