CONDITIONS OF USE
These terms and conditions govern your use of the RTNW online store. By placing an order through us you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by our terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these terms then please do not use our online store.
HOW YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED
Wait time of your order will depend on the item itself and whether its from our handmade stock, pre-order stock or ready-made stock (stated on each product page). If you have ordered multiple items, all items are sent together so the wait time will be the longest one of your items. You'll receive an order confirmation with further wait details for your order.
PRE ORDER STOCK- Varys between products and will say on product page
READY MADE STOCK- Posted within 1-3 business days of order placed, 3-5 in sale or busy periods.
Delivery is 2-5 business days for standard and 2-3 for express Australia wide orders and 7-15 days for International orders. These delivery times are just a guideline and Australia Post delivery time frames are totally out of our control. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is posted, please refer to this for a more accurate delivery time. If you fear your parcel is late, email us at info@rodetonowear.com.au. Please refer to the email you receive from us once your order is shipped.

ORDERS
It is the responsibility of the customers to follow up with Australia Post if an order does not arrive within ten days of receiving a confirmed shipment notification email. Please use your tracking to get in contact with them in regards to your orders location. RTNW will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.

PRODUCT/PHOTOGRAPH DISPLAYS
RTNW attempts to display the goods as accurately as possible. Due to many factors including colouring varying from screen to screen and from screen to printer, we cannot guarantee that the colours in the product you receive will 100% match the colours you see on our website.
